It enables them to connect, collaborate, and grow through shared learning, trusted resources, and community support. By integrating a virtual client portal, offering one-on-one sessions becomes seamless and efficient, ensuring professionals can provide effective support. Operating as an independently run Florida corporation, our mission focuses on long-term sustainability, reinvesting in tools, training, and community needs to ensure our recovery professionals, the companies they work for, and most importantly the clients they serve, thrive.

The Coach’s Workbench gives Recovery Professionals and mentors offering client engagement through RTG everything they need to work securely, efficiently, and with confidence. It combines HIPAA-conscious documentation tools, easy-to-use forms, and secure file storage with full Microsoft 365 access — including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook — all in one place. From taking notes and sharing resources to scheduling sessions and tracking client progress, it keeps your workflow organized and compliant. In short, it’s everything a professional needs to run an effective virtual session — all at their fingertips.
RTG Coaching Directory & Virtual 1-on-1 Sessions
The RTG Coach Directory built on this website will be a searchable and filterable listing where clients can find the right match based on:

Recovery Focus – 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Holistic / Mindfulness-Based, Recovery Dharma, Christian 12-Step, or self-directed.

Population Specific – LGBTQ+, Veterans, Young People, Older Adults, and eventually even Families & Caregivers

Lived Experience – Trauma-Informed, PTSD, Dual Diagnosis (Mental Health + Substance Use), Long-Term Recovery (10+ years) and Grief & Loss

Once clients find their match, booking and sessions happen directly through RTG’s website-integrated platform — no outside tools needed. Secure, HIPAA-conscious Microsoft Teams video calls, document sharing, and messaging are built in.
By combining meaningful filters, clear profiles, and integrated scheduling with secure virtual sessions, the directory helps clients connect with the Recovery Professional or mentor whose expertise and approach best align with their journey.
RecoveryCare+
Launching in Phase Two, RecoveryCare+ will integrate directly with detox and treatment centers as part of their aftercare programs. Clients can remain under the care of licensed professionals, with every Recovery Professional in the program credentialed, screened, and vetted for quality and safety. Our team connects with clients before discharge to ensure a smooth handoff into ongoing support — helping them access community resources, coordinate mental health care, and stay on track with prescribed recovery plans. RecoveryCare+ will also have the capability to bill Medicare and private insurance directly, making these services more accessible and sustainable for both clients and partner organizations. By bridging treatment and real-world recovery, RecoveryCare+ strengthens outcomes and keeps people connected to the help they need.
Tier Levels, Pricing, Community Involvement & Pulse Points
RTG will offer three membership tiers to fit different levels of engagement — from essential tools to full platform integration with advanced features. Final pricing will be shaped with input from Recovery Professionals and mentors. Although mission-first, building and maintaining the platform requires ongoing investment in technology, security, and operations, making membership fees necessary for sustainability.

Pulse Points Fun!
As you complete trainings, collaborate with peers, share your insights or mentor another coach, you’ll earn Pulse Points. Watch your progress bar fill and level up through our five tiers: Seedling → Sapling → Grovekeeper → Oak Mentor → Forest Steward. Each unlock grants you new badges you can display, next-level status on your profile, and real perks—early access trainings, directory highlights, deeper connections in the community.
